7-Day Return Window

All products purchased from Bat Ball Adda are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. The return window starts from the date you receive the product, not the date of order placement. To initiate a return, contact our support team within this window with your order number and reason for return.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • Products with manufacturing defects are eligible regardless of use
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

How to Return (Step-by-Step)

Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 24 hours. You will receive a return authorisation number.

Pack the Product

Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Include the return authorisation number inside the package.

Schedule Pickup

We will arrange a free pickup from your address (for defect returns) or you can ship it to our warehouse address provided in the authorisation email.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. For online payments (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking), the amount will be credited within 5-7 business days after we approve the return.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please provide your bank account details (account number, IFSC code, account holder name) when initiating the return. Bank transfers for COD refunds typically take 7-10 business days.

If applicable, the return shipping fee of 99 will be deducted from the refund amount for non-defect returns.

Exchange Policy

We offer one-time exchanges for the same product in a different size or variant, subject to stock availability. Exchange requests follow the same 7-day window and condition requirements as returns. If the exchanged product has a price difference, the balance will be charged or refunded accordingly. To request an exchange, contact our support team with your order number and the desired variant.
